My question is a straightforward one, would I be better off utilizing just the Kovaaks game-specific aim routine for Apex, using just the Arena game mode and firing range in Apex to practice, or a combination of the two? Also, I did not include voltaic fundamentals in this but if anyone thinks that could be better than game-specific routines or in game practice I am willing to hear them out.
#Arena vs Kovaaks / Aimlabs (Apex Legends specific)

Combination of the two.
Kovaaks/Aimlabs focuses purely on raw mechnical aim skill. It is much easier to train that in the aim trainer given it is a very clean and stressless environment that allows you to diagnose weaknesses, isolate them and work on them.
It is a tad more difficult to work on purely your aiming mechanics in-game, but not impossible. However, movement and what not only can be trained in-game.
I see, so would you recommend an Apex playlist to start (say 15-30 mins), then go into Arena to put that aiming skill into practice alongside movement?
Or would I practice movement first in Arena and then go into Kovaaks to train my aim further? Or maybe the order does not matter. Also, thanks for the initial response.
The order does not really matter. It is just what you personally deem more favourable.
Do note that if you train before playing your game, you should take a small break due to mental fatigue.
