Maybe fundamentals is not enough, this method is focused on training one technique a day and u have a more in-depth practise, if u train everyday its perfect in my opinion.

a its ok then, diamond fundamentals will not challenge you enough to get jade score, u could do jade fundamentals even masters if u feel like it.

Ok ok, it doesn't work for everyone, if u keep the plateu after a few weeks of doing harder fundamentals or anything give it a shot again.

ok 2nd day doing the jade fundamentals, my dynamic scores went down and while my accuracy for static went up my scores also went down

And stop thinking about scores and improving

Its a fact that keeping the consistency with challenge = improvement

So just be patient with positive mindset

i have been stuck in a plateu for a month plus before, 5 days is super normal

a lot of the time players will shoot up the ranks as they learn the senarios, then their growth will massively slow (ussually around diamond) because it takes a while for scores to actually reflect ability. keep to a routine of consistent practice for a week, if after that time you are still feeling stuck swap to a different routine for another week and repeat until plateu is fixed

you also need to be aware of your shortcomings and try to actively manage think about and manage them

Practice intentionally and vod review ur vods with better players’s, for example “what do jade players do differently than me in X scenario”

Then when u find it, work on improving that aspect
