I have recently began playing Valorant more and am looking to take the game more seriously. I usually play Overwatch and am on 1600 DPI at 1.95 sens as a tank player for context. I am playing on 1600 DPI at 0.135 sens in Valorant and it feels significantly slower compared to Overwatch but it’s the sens I’ve found the most comfortable and practical for me so far. I want to improve my basic mouse control with this sens so I don’t have to rely on crosshair placement only. I find myself mainly struggling with micro adjustments on players that are rapidly strafing even when the fight is in my favor. If you have any recommended tasks in Kovaaks you could points me towards to do as a routine to build up my comfortability and technique I’d greatly appreciate it :)

I think your sens is fine, many many pro players play on that sens or around it. For rapid strafing Id recommend you do it too, in between bursting shots at medium to long range, as everyone struggles to hit it over a stationary target. Yay's aim labs task is pretty good for getting used to moving targets. Also doing 2 shot small (i forget the exact task name sorry) but its the one where there are 2 small dots close together and you click is really good for microadjustments, its probably in the valorant routine. Also checkout woohoojin's movement mastery part 1 and gunfight hygiene youtube vids, itll help a lot with aiming technique in valorant.
