I am just asuming here you have no ADS or ADHD.
If you have a Lack of selfconfident there are different things you can try. Therapy can also help if the reasons are more personal (complicated).
-> getting help is nothing to feel ashamed or bad for.
Otherwise try some concentration Tests and aee if u Lack overall concentration span.
(If thats the case stop using Apps like tiktok (shorts etc.) They hurt your concentration span.
To improve concentration you can lisen to Lofi-music (studies show improved concentration/Performance)
-> 1hp Box breathing to stay more calm.

I can confidently say that I do not have ADHD, but I will drop youtube shorts for sure, I've been reading a book aswell to improve my attention span, I will try the lo-fi music and will try concentration tests
Lofi music should be played in the background (not full volume) your game/Trainer should have higher volume then the music.
I usually play music with low volume
