#Help me pls to find the solution of my poor aim

Hi! I would like to apologize right away for my English. I have been playing various shooters on the same sense for a long time and it suited me, 1.3 cs 0. 409 val 4.33 overwatch 800dpi, But over time this sense became not very convenient for valorant, but importantly it remained stable for cs. I don't feel it very stable in Valoran. For myself, I found some relief in the form of tracking angles with my forearm. but my flicks are not accurate and I overflick a lot. Again, everything is fine in the CS. I am not very knowledgeable in the topics of aiming, I would be glad for any advice, or maybe someone had the same situation
I think the issue is all in your head. Your sensitivity is perfectly fine for CS/Val.
I can only assume you have more performance anxiety in Valorant/you are less confident in Valorant/You somehow tend to overthink a lot when playing Valorant which hampers your performance.
it looks a bit more like a mental issue then a sens issue (if you have experience and understand the concept completly) you can allways adjust your sens.
-> sens is full personal preference
