Hello iam currently diamond on the benchmarks and i feel like i don' improve i know its normal and i should continue training but i have just a question can i do like the fundamentals routine + the LG56 playlist and maybe something else i repeat everyday to train my weaknesses. i just want to know if training for so long will actually help me or exhaust me or smth

Not really recommended to train for that long given that it is quite mentally draining + eventually you hit diminishing returns, given that your brain can only hold a finite amout of certain information per day to process (hence why good sleep is also important).

If you are plateauing, then either:

  • switching things up. Try new or harder playlists or variants of scenarios that you enjoy playing. Maybe experiment around with sensitivities. Just anything to break the monotony.

  • or take a few days/1 week break. "overtraining" exists too and sometimes you need to rest to reset your mental and come back with a refreshed perspective

i think i need to reformulate im not plateauing im still improving but at a lower rate compared to before like 2 months ago i was silver complete and now im diamond almost complete and still improving but at lower rate. For this reason i want to train more in a hope to improve at the same speed as before

beginners improve faster, thats how it is with everything

keep positive mindset and consistently train with challenging tasks, u will improve and reach ur goals eventually

I know that its the same for everything you can do in life so i really can't train more i should just stick to 1h i guess

1 hour of training is more than fine 🙂
