yeah about my progress .... there is one exercise i really don't progress... in fact i actually regress lol
if this is easy either i'm really bad or this is beginning already pretty hard and it's not gonna get easier
that's definitely my new nemesis
if you have some advice to track better this ball of hell that would be great cause i'm really having a hard time on this

i find every exercise harder today it must be that
close strafes can be hard, i say take the day off and come back stronger tomorrow
try to use your arm more, with smooth motions
i'm actually trying to use more my arm cause i have a bad habbit of using my wrist too much but i'm not used to it so it's not very smooth for now but i'm improving with my arm on the smoothbot exercise
i still gotta improve with my arm on vertical smoothness also cause i was using my fingers a lot
is it better to improve on horizontal and vertical smoothness and then try this exercise or practicing all three at the same time ?

hm i got one question on this exercise because even tho i'm improving little by little, i feel like i'm not doing it the right way
to handle fast strafe, i'm trying to react as fast as i can and flick fast to go back to the thingy
but it results on the thingy changing direction before i'm back on it and it messes the rythm i had
so am i doing this as i should and it's just my reaction time and my capacity to adapt while flicking that aren't good enough or am i doing it wrong ?
less snappy flicking more "controlled flick" transitioning to smooth motion or only smooth motion varying in speeds

hm i'm back from holidays and i just saw the accuracy in the highest rank on this exercise
so am i supposed to stop shooting between each ball or shoot continually ?
cause each ball need 2 bullets to get destroyed and i was wondering that was why i was struggling on this exercise ?
(i tried to shoot continually on my last attempt that's why my accuracy is so low but before i was stopping my shoot between each ball)

it's been a week and a half i'm grinding VT's playlist

i am a big hater of the fundamental playlists
itโs probably fine until you start getting gold scores on the benchmarks
I felt like I was not progressing anymore on the bronze playlist that's why I started grinding the silver playlist yesterday
but after that itโs not really effective because you donโt spend enough time isolating the aim techniques
i'm also grinding the crylix apex playlist sometimes
VDIM works a bit better because you get to isolate each technique (ex. precise tracking) for each day of the week
what's VDIM ?
if you wanted to improve your tracking only you could just play the vdim tracking playlists

people seem to like vdim when grinding intermediate benchmarks so itโs something you can try to see if you find benefit in it

what fps did you have before? 60 hz means youโll actually see a maximum of 60 fps on ur display
the fps counter can say 300 but youโll only be playing on 60
i had 60 fps but I changed the tower of my pc and now i have 144 fps in game (apex)
idk why, i'm still on 60 Hz but what's happening on screen feel smoother

nice ur first 2 golds are the same as mine. quick tip u dont have to put in ur average score, like barely anyone does that. just track ur high scores and also keep pushing ur gold scenarios for better scores and in a few weeks or even days u will be gold compleate

I just tested VDIM and idk if it's because i'm less tired or something but i'm better than usual in game

I have one question about kinda close fast strafe
so I know in theory for reactive tracking like that i'm supposed to have no tension or as little as possible, but i am testing fingertip grip because I like the range of motion it gives (i was in psalm grip before) and I don't know why i'm doing better when there is a little tension in my fingers and wrist
is that because the theory isn't completely true, or am i just weird ?
(the theory I got was from Struth on youtube because I was searching if the reason I couldn't keep up with fast strafes was because of my reaction time or because I was wrong in my aiming technic)

i haven't stop grinding this time, i just don't benchmark myself at all currently, i'm grinding a lot of different playlists and focusing on my progress in game instead of just in kovaaks
i just grind kovaaks for 30 to 45 mins a day idk if it's enough tho, but yk maybe i'll improve slower, but when i grind for longer it just demotivates me to aim train so i prefer to train for shorter times but keep being consistent
