#Valorant Sensitivity & Routines

I've been gaming with a fairly low sensitivity, specifically at 0.12, 1600 DPI (68 cm/360). It started to feel like this low sensitivity was limiting my progress, so I decided to try a higher setting. I've switched to a sensitivity of 0.24, 1600 DPI (34 cm/360), but it's feeling quite fast. The minor flicks, which were easy before, now seem almost unmanageable.

It's been approximately a week since I made this switch, during which time I've been practicing fundamentals, engaging in game-specific routines, and doing numerous benchmarks in KovaaK's. However, adjusting to this new setting continues to feel challenging.

Could anyone offer some guidance or tips? Specifically, for the sensitivity and if you could provide detailed advice on the types of routines I should focus on, such as Fundamentals, Game Specific exercises, or a series of Benchmarks, it would be of great assistance.

Thank you.

And should I not do Game-specific?

u can do game specific instead if u want too, u will likely improve from anything u do consistently and if its challenging enough
u can also alternate, fundamental some days, game specific some days

benchmark u can do once a week, thats generally the recommendation
