benefits arm sleeves?

I was wondering if arm sleeves actuall have some benefits and are worth buying? If yes what are some good ones?

It can help with the mousepad friction + sweat if you sweat a lot.

Skypad sleeve, Lizards skin sleeven and Pulsar sleeves are good

Occasionally but not always. During moments where my room is hot and I sweat a lot I use one to help with the stickiness of my arm.

I’ve been using one and wouldn’t say it’s LIFE CHANGING and will improve your aim but it will make moving across ur pad easier.

Yea ofc it’s not gonna be lifechanging but me personally I sweat a lot especially on my palms where I try to find a solution for but which one are you using?

i bought an 8 dollar one from amazon. i just made sure it was made from same fabric as reputable arm sleeve vendors

be aware that some sport sleeves on amazon have a gripy part on the front (wrist) end of the sleeve, its not allways clear to see on the image.

you can look for different cheap sport sleeves on amazon and try them and send them back (if you have prime), i did this with like 4-5 sleeve before i just bought myself a quality sleeve.
