the trick for me was

I did a run where I intentionally went as fast as i could

fast shaky flicks

and very tensed up

#

and this run (literally right after) i let everything relax back down

and I was able to be smooth while maintaining most of my speed

because for months I've had the aimlab dpi set to 1500 instead of 800

so ive been playing everything at around 80-100 cm/360 instead of 30-50. LOL

ive been almost exclusively focusing on threeshot, skyts, pasu and steadytrack lately, but am too stuck rn
i probably can get a bit higher on the other ones but its not really important rn for gm

seems like your sheet looks reasonably similar to mine before I wrapped up my grandmaster grind

considering you’re good at steadytrack, try pushing angleswitch

for pilltrack, I used something similar to the 12345 method to push that score (and it carried hard 😂)

steadytrack I spent maybe 15 runs learning bot movements (12345 helped with this as well), then focused on matching the speed/acceleration of the bot

pilltrack I stayed on high sens and just purely reacted to the movements without being overly snappy and flicking

angleswitch I’d play a couple runs focusing on the speed aspect and almost forcing a snappy flick (kind of ironic) but afterwards I’d put my focus on reading and perfectly tracking the targets (SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!) while somewhat maintaining my switch speed

oh, and making sure I stay towards the center of the map like dodgeswitch
