Focus on "undertracking" - AKA track the target less severe and let it strafe into your crosshairs.

So shortening the left to right movements? Maybe cut the distance tracked in half and stay on the inside of the their movement?

Correct. If the ADAD spam is in a relatively short distance-span, let them just get into your crosshair
