Wrist/fingers for micro
Arm for initial flick
But focus on playing the scenario instead of distrubing your run with your mind. It will happen automatically, its not a bad thing to use your arm and/or wirst for eachother job.
Sensivity can change things a lot
If youre on high sens some initial flicks that is not too far can be wrist distance
Most important thing is micro adjustment
Micro adjustment makes the hit or not difference
Initial flick makes the efficent/fast difference
Curve is that micro adjustments mostly should done with wrist/fingers other than that you dont need to worry about it
You shouldn't force yourself to use certain parts only for certain motions just let them happen naturally so you will use your arm for longer motions and wrist/fingers for smaller motions and corrections, but I would really think about it much unless you notice you just don't ever use a certain part of your arm at all. Also it what you will use will depend on the type of static scenario and if you are using a high or low sensitivity.
Like syismic said, try not to overthink the moves you have to perform. Focus at the enemies/task and hand your body just does it for you. And also your sensitivity dictates how much you use a specific compononent.
But as RylnX said - technically speaking you do use your arm for further/wider flicks and wrist/fingers for closer/small flicks.
