Just focus on the targets and continue training.
For shakiness, play a lot of smoothness scenarios
okay thank you beacuse the shaking isnt so bad but when im shaking i grab the mouse harder so I have more control and beacuse of that my pinky hurts when im getting off
Grabbing it harder doesn't really make you less shaky or give you more control. In reality, you are causing extra shakiness due to fatiguing/overusing your muscles, reducing range of motion and make yourself more prone to injury.
For tracking scenarios, you always want your grip relaxed. For static, you want to alternate between a little bit of tension for stable flicks, but then relax for smooth micro corrections.
