Are you playing scenarios/playlists that actually challenge you? Have you also maybe tried switching things up?
If you are on Kovaaks and for instance have been playing mostly the Fundamentals, then the LG56 playlist can be a nice refresher: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vtimJhaK-SEPdThND85qAfotWKp66RyJa9MJ8XiPEyw/edit

Well yes also already tried that routine long ago didnt help me for some reason
My assumptions are:
Either you are not playing challenging enough scenarios, which causes you to auto-pilot, rather than engage with the scenario. Challenging scenarios will cause you to make more mistakes and allows you to work on fixing those, but the difficulty needs to be within a reasonable margin. There is also something as too difficult.
Or you likely are not aware of certain mistakes and maybe a VOD review of certain runs can maybe help you see what potentially can be improved.
Ill try to vod review and try to play harder scenarios
I can send you the vod if you want idk
You could but I am honestly not skilled enough to likely give you any good advice. You preferably can just leave that in #vodreviews and add a small part of your story to give some context
Ok
its normal, progress slows down at some point, the higher ur skill goes the slow the progress, if u keep the consistency and positive mindset + keep challenging yourself, u WILL improve
