You can play and train at a different resolution. That won't matter for your training outcome.
Most people play on 4:3 because it gives the perception that enemies are wider. Other than that, no differences.

fov effects your sensitivity when you play on 16:9 and 4:3 in cs youre on different sensitivities you might just like the 4:3 sensitivity more.
you can change your game from 16:9 and 4:3 and see how different your cm/360 is and adjust so youre playing on the same cm/360 on 16:9.
also the different aspect ratios require you to be better at different types of aiming so that can also make you play better.
and you also have more fps which makes input latency better if youre playing on 4:3
