(VALORANT) Im sure alot of people are in the same ship as me, I constantly swap my sens between .345 and .55 800 dpi, Lately I have been playing on .4 dpi and it feels the best for me kills and gameplay wise but It just feels really weird to me still, when it comes to comfortability, 0.55 is the funnest and most comfortable sens for me, but I just can't ever do good on it because I can only flick and its hard to take time with my shots at such a high sens (It doesnt sound too high but I use a logitech g pro x superlight so its like hella high), another thing is im just not sure how Im supposed to hold my mouse to a point where it is comfortable, I can constantly feel my fingers start to sweat and i have to take my hands off my mouse cause it feels weird, which sometimes gets me killed because I don't have my hand on my mouse.
#I feel like I'm not using the right sensitivity, posture and hand positioning on my mouse (for val)

force yourself to stay on .4 for a week
then another week
then another week
When it comes to sweat you can try grips or you can try something like climber’s/lifter’s chalk or anti-perspirant deodorant if it’s really bad. Also, you forgot to add DPI on the 0.4 thing.
LMAO thats probably te better way but Im at a point where I see a professional player that HAS stuck to their sens and I try theirs and then Im stuck in this loop again
if u stick to a sens for years its gonna be comfortable for u too
Don’t try other people’s sensitivities. It’s proven that you won’t even be using the exact same sens as them more than likely. Stick to your own and find what feels comfortable for you.
i might get a mouse grip or something, i have such good muscle memory with .4 it doesnt matter how long i havent used it my skill just instantly comes back, i think most of my problem is not knowing how to hold my mouse correctly to where it feels comfortable
once u have a comfy sens, blame ur deaths on other things instead of sens, cuz its not the sens if u are already comfy on it most likely
not sure if you guys have played valorant but I main jett and shes an entry and fast paced character and playing on a higher sens (0.55 800dpi) makes it so much easier to do things with her. I still don't know though because slow sens is so boring for me but im so much more precise so i dont know
i main jet with 0.32 so u're fine
Just gotta pick one and stick with it. Also, to back up what ksyyZ said, people have been playing much much faster paced games with much slower sensitivities for a long time.
yeah your right, it could just be alot of copium im not sure, ill stick to .4 for a month and see how i feel
glhf, try to work on other things like movement and timings, those are very important for val
yeah, aim isnt really too important for a game like val, i need to practice my mechanics, thank you guys alot for the help
also btw, i heard their is like aimlabs playlists for stuff like movement in val, crosshair placement and stuff like that, any of you know any of those?
i think in aimlab+ but costs money
i think its better to do in game, watch ethos "its not aim its your movement" video
and woohoojin for everything else
alright ill go check it out
