Start with intermediate benchmarks and see how you fair against those. Depending on the scores, you can choose which fundamentals to do next.

so if i got unrank i should go back gold playlist again right

You can continue with the platinum fundamentals. You don't necessarily have to reach plat to play the plat fundamentals.
However, if you feel like that the playlist feels super difficult, then going back to gold can be a good option.
Do note that some difficulty and hardship can be expected and also can help with growth, but just make sure to keep applying proper technique to the situation. If you are unable to do that after a few days/1 week of training, then going back to gold might be the better option.
