First of all, I am sorry about my English, I'm very bad at it.
So I have around 300 hours of kovaak, I start to aim train gold playlist about 1 week, i have improve a lot after 4-5 days but on day 6 and 7 my hand feel weird. like i can't control the mouse at all, I feel my wrists tense and can't move the mouse like i used to. and in game i can't get any kill, my hand just shake around and can't control anything. but if i stop aim train for 1 day it's better. and if i continue training it's will happen again my wrists just tense and shaky. and i think my wrists hurt a little if i aim train a lot, should i rest? but after I recovery and continue aim train It's will happen again and again, how to fix this condition i have?
what should i do?? Please help me.

You should definitely rest a little if you have pain.

But your issue is that you are tensing a lot. Tension causes shakiness and pain. You need to work on keeping your wrist/arm relaxed, both while training and while gaming. Actively tell your to relax your wrist during both scenarios and try to do it too.

You should rest until any form of pain is gone IMO.

Don't worry about your aim. That won't magically dissapear. You just have to warm up a little again, that's all.

You can always make sure to add some extra rest days to your training. You don't have to aim train 7 days a week.

But the biggest factor will definitely be that you need to focus on de-tensing your wrist during gaming and training scenarios. That will help a lot with longevity and range of motion

You should always de-tense yes. Only when doing flicking scenarios you should tense a little, definitely not too much.

What you are experiencing, is likely that a less tense grip feels less "locked in" in some way or another, especially if you always have been doing it, but you will get used to it pretty fast.

Avoid overthinking about your grip, cause this will only make it worse. Only pay attention to your grip if you are tensing, tell yourself yo relax, relax those muscles, and then focus back on the scenario/game again.

This will help with longevity and range of motion as I said, but also general wrist health.
