To give you a more specific answer any type of aim training scenarios will typically use a mix of them, and as you improve you'll start to build intuition as to when it's appropriate to use your arm more, and when to use your wrist/fingers more.
The training that we have available in #resources will do just that, and if you want something more custom you can always adjust the training to your needs, and/or ask the community for pointers.
As a general guideline larger movements tend to be more arm heavy, as it's easier to make large swipes. Finer adjustments are typically more wrist/fingers as it's easier to make small motions.
Your sens will also have an impact on this, slower sensitivities are going to be more arm dominant, and faster ones more wrist/finger.
