so i am getting into playing tracer in ow2 and i when i play i realize that my reactivity/speed is very slow, how do i train up my speed is there any good scenarios for it?

You could try some of the training we made on aimlabs for tracer, works heavily on your reactive tracking
This should only be a supplement though
The biggest improvement you will get from playing a lot of tracer in ranked
As well as training her on workshop maps, such as tryhard FFA
Maps like VAXTA can be alright too, and doing 1v1s with another good tracer player
