I haven’t aim trained in months and am coming back to it now i play 52cm/360 and wanted to know if i should practice tracking at all for TacFPS since I have always felt like I’ve been bad at it. And if I am doing static or dynamic scenarios for practice, do I need to be more precise or faster? (I get 40-70% on average)

From what I have seen: people recommend not to neglect any part of your aim, even the parts that aren't super applicable for your games, so you likely will benefit from working on tracking too.

For static clicking scenarios you want to start out with accuracy in mind. Start with a comfortable pace where you can reach 95%-100% accuracy. Once you manage to do that, slowly start building speed and try to stay above 85% - 90% accuracy while doing so. Focus on technique first, and slowly build up speed.

Yes Tracking is very very important in my opinion, i used to neglect tracking and only practiced dynamic/static and i was pretty decent.
Now that I've actually started practicing my tracking, holy fuck my aim became so much better, I can do smoother movements, it feels way easiler to target switch in games like valorant.
Don't ignore tracking!
