Maybe someone had such a problem (I apologize in advance for my English). I used to feel my sens relatively perfectly when playing cs go/valorant. And since the end of autumn, I have repeatedly started jumping from sensitivity to sensitivity. Such fluctuations continued until February of this year, and I stopped at one sensitivity, for example: in cs go it was 400dpi/2.0-2.5, it became 800dpi/1.5. A month passed, but I didn't feel the same control, if there were no problems with tracking/switching before, now I'm doing it much worse. I do not know what to do, maybe it's a matter of time before I fully get used to my sensitivity?

This is a stupid guess, but just in case: What mousepad are you using? Could it be changing friction based on humidity, I heard that some are really prone to that.
So you were on one sens for a long time, then jumped around, then settled on something slightly faster than what you are used to and you are having trouble with tracking and switching?
Defender Black XXL
exactly!
You had it for a long time? Do you wash it? Its pretty cheap pad it seems so it could wear off quickly and change its feel
Ok, then, have you tried using a slightly slower sensitivity that you might be more used to such as 800DPI and 1 or 1.25 sens in-game?
Im washed it after the new year, for that matter, I'll wash it tomorrow
She's too slow for me now, I've tried(
If we assume the problem is mental, when I felt that specific sens I wanted to use was too slow / too fast, I would go to 2x slower/faster and play few hours on that, that tricked my brain into accepting one I wanted to use in the first place as being a better option.
How long did you try for? Sometimes you may feel as though you’re too far removed from something you used to be used to, but usually you just haven’t given it sufficient time to readjust back to it.
We are also **really shit **at remembering how things really used to be, we remember our feelings about them, I feel like I had some insane plays few years back, but if I watch clips now from then I am embarrassed at my skill at the time and what I considered impressive.
