This is the vod from my first master score in static and i knew i was gonna hit it soon cuz i was pretty close but needed to have a good run like this. BUT the situation changes when i start playing tasks with small targets where i constantly get 80-90% accuracy but im literally 1290 on 1w5ts where i need like 1300 for the master and i just wanna ape it till i get that and after that focus on form and push the scores.

I want to know how can i stop going TOO fast and actually make sure to be on target / click after that. My aim is too jittery if i try going fast and i just end up missing even though for a moment my crosshair was on the target.

I dont have a vod where i play 1wXt but here is the master one so it gives you an idea

^^^ i second on that, bardpill is goated af. are you playing benchmark scenarios constantly? if so, i wouldn’t recommend doing that too much as you’ll just feel frustrated with the feeling of being “stuck”. following routines will obviously help you improve faster and better since it focuses more on improving technique rather than improving scores. removing the concept of scores really helps me a lot. essentially i constantly remind myself to improve technique and not scores by objectively reviewing my VOD and focusing on having clean fundamental techniques even if my score will get lower on that improvement period. if you main aim train, obviously the LG56 VDIM playlist is the best to improve your mouse control and improve benchmark scores. i think it’s basically first 3/4 scenarios are the “fundamental” scenarios meant to warm you up or “lock in” the approach needed for the aim category. the next couple of scenario is scenarios similar to the benchmark, but each scenario focuses on a specific aspect needed to play the benchmark (things like speed, precision, micro, pathing focused scenarios). after that it’s 5 runs of the benchmark scenario.

mattyow also made a video that might answer some of the questions you have. worth checking out even if you’re not on beginner level since it’ll remind you certain small info you might forget along the way.

try not to stress too much on getting scores. if you haven’t reached your score goal, simply move on and improve by doing routines rather than just spamming the scenario over and over again since it’ll give you mental fatigue

thanks, ive been playing vdim for quite some time and i made a break since i want to improve in cs and i dont want to spend time playing tracking and ts so im just clicking daily until i reach master on all clicking tasks. Ive got an idea how this "bardpill" routine might look like but im not entirely sure which tasks to add, do you have an example or actually something you or someone else has done?

it’s important that you don’t neglect other aim aspect even when you only play tacFPS. i’m also a tacFPS player and my mouse control was noticeably wayy better after actually learning all the aim category. since training is basically developing mouse control and not 1:1 in game translation, it’s definitely recommended to play all of the aim category. so far the biggest improvement i see for tacFPS is static + precision tracking + speedTS, but again don’t neglect any of the aim category as they all play a part in mouse control and help you understand aiming effectively in general

as for the bardpill, it’s not really a routine, it’s a way of doing scenarios. mostly used in 1wallXtargets scenario the method goes like this:

  1. fast initial flick
  2. micro correct after the flick
  3. restart if you miss 4 shots
  4. restart if you miss in the first 10s of a scenario
