You can choose to do whatever you prefer.
You can do a full playlist, a half one, break it up, etc. Just whatever fits your mood and schedule
depends on what you are trying to improve and how much time your willing to spend on improving it. If its everything I recommend VT or RA playlists and doing each task 3 times before moving on too the next so you build discipline on all aspects of your aim
