my right hand(dominant, mouse holding, aiming, wtv) feels super weak and sensitive while im playing shooters
sens is 43 cm/360 on tactical FPS and 36cm/360 on everything else
I have no idea what might cause the problem but it doesn't affect me other than when I am playing shooters or other games with low sensitivities and around 30 mins after hopping off

if it helps or anything, my left hand(non-dominant) can aim smoother than my right hand on thin gauntlet bc of the problem

I've never heard of this problem, it sounds rather unfortunate, but I would try adjusting your grip, testing what your grip is when stationary vs when you're playing and moving your mouse and maybe try seeing what it would be like to play left handed for a little bit in case it might be the best route for you.

ok, i had both of those feelings, weak like u just wake up = if i eat and drink well before, its gone. the tingling can be a tendon issue... which if its true ull need to rest, stretch and exercise ur upper body including fingers. and fix ur posture

hmm i see, ill try to do those things in my next session and see how it goes. It’s kind of annoying because i can’t grip my mouse as firm so my aim goes haywire
