#Sensitivity Adjustment

I'm currently using 34cm/360 in every game i play, Apex, C.O.D, OW and etc... I'm ranked Silver in the Voltaic benchmarks and therefore using the Silver training regime. I am struggling to maneuver fast enough to hit/track my target. Should I raise my sensitivity up some more and keep training with that new sensitivity? If so, should I also incorporate that into my other games as well?

Im used to 27cm/360, due to training 2 weeks ago, but my accuracy is extremely bad and I cannot hit targets that are far and look like ants. I also can't land quick flick shots when under pressure.

Could someone please give me some advice as to how to proceed? I would like to train properly.

P.S. I came from aim labs and just started training with Kovaaks 3 days ago.

Whatever you train with longer you get the best at. If you feel more comfortable tracking on a highest sensitivity stick with that sensitivity, and if you are having trouble with flicks, focus on building your focus and working better/more accurately under pressure. When going up in sens it’s always best to work small and slow and then go outwards and faster, it’s more dangerous to build habits by working super fast and then attempting to slow it down without using friction to your advantage as you end up losing lots of control and stopping power. I know different people have different philosophies, but use the same sens in all games, it will almost never fail you.

Right, as you are presented with targets that move faster and wider your hand will start adjusting to be able to track them better. If you were to start by moving quickly your hand would start adjusting its speed in muscles to go slower but you might end up with a bad habit where you don’t gain enough traction which can take longer to adjust to in order get your hand into the habit of gaining traction/stopping power. All of this is dependent on a lot of variables so don’t take anything too literally, just take the principles and work with them, let your hand/muscle memory do all the work while you focus on what is in-game when gaming/aim training.

do you have enough arm room? 34 isnt that slow so it may be because you are resetting mouse too much or don't have enough desk/mousepad space

with 27 cm i'm fast, but I just need to control the mouse more to keep up with it, but with 34 i'm just lagging behind, and I do use my arm for the longer swipe and my wrist to make minor adjustments

If it were a flick, i would say I am just undershooting to keep up with the tracking.

Fingers and wrist, but yeah, pretty pure on those two for the most part.

holy fuck 4.4cm/360. Props to you man for being able to control that. I'm on 34cm/360 and that's considered high in this community. Just out of curiosity what games do you mainly play?
