Daily Routines for Master to GM improvement?

For those of you who've gotten grandmaster+, what was your practice like? Which routines did you do? I'm currently doing LG56's VDIM, but I'm plateauing a bit so I'd like to expand

If it's just to improve at the benchmarks, people usually play the benchmarks themselves and maybe harder versions or combine it with easier versions to make sure they are doing they get the technique down first

For some reason I have 99th percentile on psalmts novice intermediate and advanced 30% smaller but stuck at 94% for psalm advanced itself lol

That’s why I’m wondering if I just need to improve my overall accuracy at high speeds or something

Play bench or 20% smaller version

you should be able to reach the GM

For some reason whenever I try to be accurate I’m not fast enough but if I try to maintain a good speed im not accurate enough and I average like 1000-1040
