#Predicting habit during tracking?

What are the best scenarios to play to fix this?
I'm plat on benchmarks for ground plaza (so you dont give me scenarios too hard).
I cant even track a target moving in a straight line because i hit this mental limit where my brain goes "theres no way he strafes in a straight line for that long he cant be that stupid" and then predicts opposite strafe.
It's not affecting my aim too much because my reactivity still comes into play but I would really like to break this habit because I personally just dont like it.
I'm currently trying VSS scenarios to help avoid this because VSS bots tend to be less predictable but it hasnt helped so far, VSS (as the name suggests) is limited to short strafes which isnt good for me because I can tell when the bot is going to strafe the other way because its always going the opposite direction after strafing in 1 direction for "too long".

Not sure if it'll help you as well, but try out trackstop and see if that might help you

vss stands for varied strafe speed, not short strafes

i mean u gotta learn to be confident in fully tracking each strafes until you see them change direction like, to learn to not predict you cant go like "theres no way he strafes in a straight line for that long he cant be that stupid"

#

and play a mix of long strafes scenarios like vss close mid long and like shorts strafes

#

force yourself to confidently track each strafe FULLY until you see a change of direction where you react and read and adjust accordingly, u repeat that process for each strafes

#

its also easier to learn on longer strafes, hence why i advised u should play those, dont just play short strafes or long strafes etc, u gotta do a mix of both and apply that technique to both

Thats what i've been trying to do other than the "force yourself to confidently track each strafe FULLY until you see a change of direction where you react and read and adjust accordingly" or rather I cant tell if I'm doing that either.
I do VSS close mid long and "VSS close fast strafes easy invincible"

^ thats my playlist that I do daily. If you see anything that encourages predicting or you think I could do with other scenarios that may help then please tell me.

vss close mid long is one of my favourite scens its actually so fun and I dont think I predict a lot if at all in that scen. I usually get around 8k-9k score and I'm slowly starting to be able to track that target in a smoother way (not tensing my wrist which causes a jittery motion).
