Is it better to train all parts of your aim overall? or focus on one aspect at a time? for example if you are going for master. grind dynamic routines till you get master dynamic then move on to static.

No expert, but what i do is a full routine first and then target one specific thing i feel like focusing on that particular day for about 10-20 minutes. Seems to work fairly okey for me, but i would say just being consistent at practicing is key.

Because of my time constraints I focus on one thing per day for example for me today is tracking

That depends on what your goal is. You can grind a category until you get the score you want. You can also grind one category per day as some aspects of the aim can help improve the others. There is no correct way in this, it's something linked to preference and goals. As long as you prioritise good form, go for it. In my opinion this is not a race, it is a marathon.

it really doesnt matter aparently just look at VT lg56's routine his routine is based on doing 1 thing a day and it seems to work the routine helped a lot of people
