I was stuck on this question ALOT! I found if you put your thumb on your nose and open your hand all the way it should be somewhere around there as the closest and the fastest would be an arm length which is way to far for me

Nah, this is the recommended distance by medical standards but any one playing fps games can't rly do this, almost every fps pro sits much closer then an arms length the only one is elige and he is likely far sighted

the latest from the professional nerds is that this isn't really true anymore, something about the panels we use now don't do the bad thing to ur eyes. The nerds also say to have it an arms length away but i'd say just put it wherever u want
