#Question for people who use 40cm360.

I experimented with a couple of sensitivities and one of them was 43cm/360
Around this point, arm aiming is basically required for bigger motions. Remember that, regadless of sensitivity, you will always use both your arm and wrist for aiming, but it depends on the sensitivity and also the distance/speed of your enemy to what will be used more over the other.
To learn how to arm aim, just stick to 40cm/360 or slightly slower and start playing, you will pick-up the habbit quite quickly.
When I was a teen (FAR before I took aiming and gaming more seriously), I mostly played on a ridiculously fast sens (was probably like 15cm/360 or even faster) which only made me use my wrist and never made me use my arm. When I switched to 40cm/360, that habbit just formed itself.
I went back to 30cm/360 to work on my wrist control, and even then I still use my arm depending on the situation.
u use both no matter what sens(unless u play 20cm)
i use my arm to move my cursor to different quadrants of the screen, from that quadrant i then micro adjust with my wrist and then fine detail with fingertip. with tracking its the same. arm for long tracking and wrist to microadjust. arm for like when needing to move past 20cm of space. i have vods on my twitch
This is really helpful ty, I'll check out your vods
This is exactly the issue I'm going through, I was playing on 18cm/360 and I'm slowly numbing my sens down.I was playing on 30cm for a month or so and I've realised that i need to go lower. Any tips for me since you already went through what im going through rn?
Just jump straight to it and start practising/training. You eventually will get used to it. If you find it too slow after an initial week or few weeks of playing, raise it back up.

i do benchmarks on 40.8cm. a lot of apex players on low sens use around 43.3 cm
dont overthink it just play how it feels natural
