The warm-up is only 12 minutes long, but it's a really nice playlist
are you doing any in game routines(range and dm)?
do you have a kovaaks variant to this?
do that short warmup that sini recommended before you play then try to go for 6dms

if you wanna do 7 dms (one hour of dm) i vouch that this is very effective
i grinded 1200 dms with it and got amazing results
aimlabs wise scenarios i recommend amares scenarios and sixshot
amare is the goat of making micro adjustment scenarios
to me without sounds or sounds feels the same tbh
but it may different for people , i know some person said it helps you focus on the skill you wanna improve . but make sure you got your favorite music playing so you get so bored and do not tilt and dont have thr goal of winning
dont overthink it too much, just play with what you are comfortable i still got good results with sound
vouch for @sweet orchid
