I formed a really bad habit of trying to predict strafes, if that makes any sense. Back when I played CSGO, which was my first main FPS, aiming was really easy, and I could get away with this by simply hitting my next shot in the spray. However, as I've switched to games such as apex, which have a higher ttk, I've noticed that after some time playing, my brain goes autopilot and falls back on predicting strafes instead of reacting to them. I want to fix this because when I subconsciously fall back into predicting strafes, I get much worse and have a hard time getting back in the flow. Any scenarios or other suggestions to help with this?

Try scens like unpredictable strafes or also scens where the bot stops but also remember if you are trying to fix that habit it takes some time and you just need to snap back and focus on that issue specifically
Alright, time to grind. Thank you!
more importantly find what works for you, nothing to easy but not too hard
