day 2, having EXTREME withdrawal symptoms, although I'm still continuing, I'm considering NRT instead of quitting cold turkey since I used to smoke more than 30 cigarettes a day and the withdrawals are making it a bit too hard to continue with my daily tasks time to time
would love to hear about everyones ideas and suggestions about this
