#Is it possible to fingertip grip a Basilisk comfortably?

It really depends if you can hold it with your fingertips without inducting pain. I have a G502 (which is really similar like you said), and I switched recently to a G PRO X Superlight. I can tell you it will be very difficult to fingertip your mouse, because it was really designed for palm grips and is fairly heavy ; I realized it with my new mouse that the weight really impacts how you can hold it. Although dimensions are close, I could fingertip-grip my Superlight, that's not happening with the G502. If you can find a fingertip-based grip that works for you, it's great. But in my opinion, it wil require a lot of experiments and you might still not be able to in the end.
I have similar hand dimensions (19.5x10) and switched from the G502 to the G303 SE. When I did use the G502, I was able to fingertip claw it by resting my wrist on my mousepad and squeezing the sides of the mouse, pulling into my palm to gain more control or microadjust downwards.
As others have said it is more tailored towards palm grip, but you can fingertip it if it is comfortable for you. It's just going to be difficult to switch to a fingertip grip if you aren't already used to using the mouse like that already.
I can sort of pull it off but it's a bit shaky in static and dynamic scens
there's a bit of wobble that I think happens due to me not being able to use my pinky well
