its hit or miss, against NA it tends to work fairly well as in hit reg, playing eu is a bit wonky though sometimes u shoot em in the head and it doesnt reg, and u gotta play around peekers adv. if u dont account for peakers advantage against eu u lose

imo better than EFT from what I've played so far, particularly from technical perspective. Scopes and things work exactly how you want/expect, much more QOL, better performance, and better netcode. Also only ran into a single cheater who was banned within 24h of reporting

Games fun but definitely a lot harder than tarkov. Smaller maps. That we got so far in the beta. Hella PMC spawns your guaranteed to fight someone every raid. Traders barely give you anything for stuff and stuff takes forever to sell on flea most expensive things to sell is gear from players also. You make money very slowly and PVP is encouraged it deff feels sweatier than tarkov from what I've played

I use super light, id tell you not to go heavier because it reduces ur potential with the mouse

For a game that isn't aim heavy like tarkov you could get away with it but still imo lighters always better for hitting faster arm flicks when you need

Also people think more buttons are better and they get g502 but generally you don't want to have to use the mouse buttons at the same time as aiming because it destabilizes your mouse by having to adjust your grip so the amount of merit of having a billion buttons is limited to less critical functions

Ik no general is like guys put ur leans and flashlight and emote all on ur clunky mouse so u can use them all at the same time and I honestly just think it's really bad advise because you shouldn't be reaching for thumb buttons while aiming, again tarkovs not aim heavy so you can get away with it but from a optimal theoretical perspective I would suspect he doesn't know much about aiming and is speaking from ignorance

There's so many situations a super light has helped me flick or ts quickly that would've been brutal with a heavy mouse like g502

So ppl compensate by playing higher sens

But then they have worse accuracy due to poor wrist stability and because its literally harder

And most of the time ppl using really high sens aren't aimers anyways so they definitely don't have the control necessary

well that and in my honest opinion and I could be very wrong, I feel like the game at least in NA servers which is the only thing I play does not have as many cheaters believe it does, the overwhelming majority of my fights are completely normal and not many times does something strange happen to me, most of my deaths are

1. Whilst in a normal fight I die to one of the neck hitboxes
2. I die to a tactical gamer sitting still for a prolonged amount of time
3. I lose a very mundane fight

rats are much more annoying to me in this game due to the fact that you will get rats in basically every raid whereas cheaters are a seemingly much more rare occurrence

I also have not encountered many sus players latey. It's been a decent wipe. Only. A few sus deaths. If I die to a cheater it's usually in the first 5 mins of my raid.

Most cheaters in this game are closet cheaters who download cheats for the one time cuz they are down bad and need to get money and they just avoid you and loot everything

I thought the game was much harder than tarkov. You can see your teammates thru walls so nobody is scared to get aggressive as your not going to ever actually accidentally kill your teammate. That game was a sweat fest compared to tarkov

No desync you will never die to someone swinging a corner to kill you instantly cuz they were only on your screen for .2 seconds while they swung 2 seconds ago on their side

Running and turning your head to peak doorways is more of a death sentence in abi as your turning your face to the enemy and with no desync you may just get face tapped half the time

Also anything that belongs to your teammates that you leave raid with immediately goes back to their inventory so it's impossible to RMT. if you go frame by frame on desmond's peek you can see from the moment he starts peeking until the frame he hits the killing shot its like 32 frames on 60fps
60fps means one frame every 16.6ms
32 frames times 16.6 equals 531ms

you can try it yourself in the same video
each frame on desmond's clip counts as 16.6ms because his clip is 60fps
each frame on the other guy's pov counts as 32.2ms because it is at most 30fps

hence why if u play on native servers ur gonna be fine for all intensive purposes

im not saying bad desync never happens but its so rare that its not a significant part of the game

atleast for me and most ppl who play on decent internet

particularly NA cuz u could argue theres a chance foreign servers are worse

if u play eu servers as NA u will find much more exaggerated instances of desync and peekers advantage because ur literally playing on a 150ms clientside desync

Late ass reply but arena is easier for the casual player cuz maps are small and easy to learn quick. Going and learning streets for example unless your dicking offline raids is going to take you a while to fully learn because the map is for one just big AF. New players have to one learn the map and figure out where players like to go and all that which is really hard for a new player because you just get tapped outta nowhere and spent 5 mins loading back in. Basically every single death in tarkov is a. Learning experiencem you say "oh that's a spot" now you check there Everytime lol
