depending on what you like or goals are you should or should not get glass, a control glass pad will never be like cloth. but at the end of the day its all mouse control. youll have a hard time if youre not skilled enough to use it. overall glass IS in a way harder to play than cloth. and even if you get a controlled glasspad its not the same as cloth.

Im the type of person to value smoothness and speed though. And most of my "control" comes from good mouse control not the pad being good for it. I run a sp005 glasspad with TBTL ptfe balanced skates which feel amazing to me. Ive also really enjoyed the ultraglide RS skates but everyone is different and you should take it all with a grain of salt and do your own research.
