For the most part, finding a "good sensitivity" is really simple ur just overthinking it, just go ingame and try stuff out until you feel something thats comfortable to you

U can also use the average sens for ur game as a "basepoint" if u really need one

Yeah i Change Sens multiple Times daily from 0.1 Up to 0.175 on 1600 dpi . Sometimes i feel better with 0.1 and Sometimes with higher i cant decide.

Sens finder is not good, You should just play what feels comfortable/ convenient for you/ even style, I don't know maybe playing jett on 80cm is difficult because it takes you forever to turn after entry
