I think it’s best to use whatever is optimal for the scenario in general, and then choosing the value that’s closest in the range to what you actually use. Suppose you use 50cm in-game. If a scenario has an optimal sens of 55-75cm, I think using 55cm or being a little suboptimal and using 50cm would be best. But at the end of the day you’re playing to improve technique and control and making the sens 1:1 doesn’t matter all that much
