how I imagine it (im not the best statric player) is when you flick you need to put a certain amount of tension/preasure on the mouse for it to start moving. You want that tension to be only the exact amount of force needed to take your crosshair from point A to point B. After you put that preasure on the mouse via tension you can stop all tension and you will land straight on target, and you wont be fatigued and can track straight after
