Main issue is that you're really bad at being smooth which is normally related to tension, from what appears to be happening you're tensning way too much.

What also helps in being smooth is being able to read the movement, the bot has deceleration before it strafes, this will also help with issues #2 which is you LOVE over-reacting to short strafe. Once you get comfortable reading decel you'll also be able to then understand how little you'll actually need to move your mouse to achieve the directional change. A really weird aspect of tracking is that if you can move your mouse a little don't move it a lot
