Depends on how hard you want to focus on just improving at benchmarks rather than actual aim. Also depends on how much you play, how much you sleep, how much talent you have, etc

If you grind each scenario and its variations, you can probably go from gold complete to master complete in somewhere between a couple weeks to a couple months.

Why do you keep shooting when you move? You tend to shoot objects in front of you when you move side to side when you shouldn't be shooting, so you sometimes miss bc your gun stays stationary when you move
also, you tend to stare at the ground when you move, when you should adjust your crosshair when you go up or down stairs/raised areas to keep the crosshair aligned to the general area a head would be

your shot timing is good, you shoot when you're accurate/stopped most of the time which is actually a good skill, good job.

problem is you take your shots before your crosshair is fully on them. in something like death match especially you should be refining your mechanics, not necessarily trying to win the dm. slow down, take your time, place your shots. with time you'll naturally speed up and become more efficient if that makes sense.

another thing i noticed is sometimes you'll take a shot, flick away slightly, then strafe and do it again (flick to them, shoot, flick away). it's a very short flick, but I'm not sure why you do it. it's just inefficient. keep your cross hair on their head, no need to flick to and from. you do it the most when you're jiggle peaking. play some dynamic clicking scens and work on your smoothness for that.

Being master complete indeed gives you a strong raw mechanical edge of your opponents in almost every shooter game you start playing.

However, what is best for your specific game's aim depends a lot on what game you want to improve your aim on. I have master complete aim, but I honestly see more mistakes in my aim now than I did when I was gold complete (when you're better, you see flaws more easily).

And if I now play TacFPS, my aim is fine, but not even that great, simply because of how specialized that type of aim is (and I have barely any hours on that genre).

so I guess what I want to say is focus on aim stuff that is related more closely to your game. If that is tacfps for example, focus more on microadjustments (voltaic benchmarks don't really focus much on those).
