yeaaahhhhh that's pretty optimistic. i definitely don't overtrain it, progress has just been plain slow-going. ive made like 10x the progress in other categories with half the effort. taking breaks from it hasn't made a perceivable difference it's just there's only one way to do this

i think in the beginning you make the most progress because you're still learning the scenario, that's why some categories progress a lot further

when your progress starts slowing down it's because it's mechanical improvements rather than just becoming more familiar with the scenario

so the small gains are the most important ones 🙂
