11 is elemantry here, you get a test and we have 3 levels of school and at 11 it gets decided to which you go

vwo is the highest you can get leads to uni

havo the middle ground leads to like regualr college

mavo which will lead too like college but mostly blue labor x collar stuff like car mechanic fkr example
