imo change the dpi down to 1600 as usually mice interpolate dpi in specific ranges which would be 900-1500, 1700-3100, 3300-6300 and stuff like that so its best to keep the defaults at like 800, 1600 and 3200

Mouse pads play a vital role in many aspects of your mouse, glide, stopping power, etc etc. They fundamentally change the style of aiming from my experience. Playing on a control pad vs speed pad feels very different and has different benefits and drawbacks. Id look into what style you prefer and get a pad corresponding to it.

However for the finals I personally like speed pads as it makes tracking smoother
