Yesterday i came up with a theory that the reason my wrist scoots up is because i pull down recoil using fingers instead of using arm and when i pull down using fingers it basically makes the mouse slide down and slide my wrist up, so i went into aimbotz and i practiced spray transferring with my arm and also with 0 tension and i did about 800 bots and eventually i got so tired i passed out on my chair
