Hello, good afternoon. For about 5 days now I’ve been doing the beginner-level Viscose routine in Kovaak's Aim Trainer. I’m noticing improvement, but when I get halfway through, after about 20 exercises, I feel my wrist getting very tense. I watched his video where she talks about maintaining tension, and I try to keep my aim as fluid (smooth) and as little shaky as possible. Is it normal to feel that fatigue after 45 minutes, even taking some short breaks? Do you think I should keep going at this pace? I feel like afterwards I can’t play Apex Legends for as long, and maybe I’m spending too much time on Kovaak’s.

when i started out i was clueless as hell, i did aim labs grindshot and aim labs basics (2019) and then bought kovaaks and used the old benchmarks AS the regiment. genuinely clueless and heres the proof , my aim only started to improve litarlly 2 weeks ago when i used the VDIM regiment
