look I am not the greatest when it comes to anything clicking so idk how much advice I should be trying to give, but I would personally strongly advise doing the exact opposite, idk exactly who you're referring to or what video but my static was like, absolute dumpster fire trash until I was able to release initial flick tension quick enough that it was gone by the time I was at the target
like I was so unbelievably slow with some static scens, explicitly because of the tension I was using for micros, I could literally not understand how some people hit the scores they do in things like hipfire and such
