Viscoes benchmark is " better for improvement" bc the categories are separated by what they train vs what they are (if that makes sense) The scenarios blend into each other so you're almost guaranteed to get better at one when you're playing another within the same category, VT doesn't have that. The categories are more broad and packed into 1 or 2 scenarios.

It's very common for players to break down a scenario type as much as possible so you can practice every individual aspect to make it easier to isolate, which and then makes it easier to get better/ understand concepts. THIS format is pretty much vis bench in a nutshell
