I am contacting the support regarding a purchase I've made October 20th, 2025 for the WLMouse Beast X Mini Pro mouse. The mouse's sensor does not function correctly on my glass pad, which makes the product unusable for my current setup. The problem is specifically related to the sensor tracking on glasspad, the cursor skips and stutters more than it regularly should, this problem occurs  both in game and kovaaks (Aim trainer), I've tried different polling rate 1000,2000 and 4khz but the problem still occurs on multiple occasions. I've also been told to try different lift-off distance in the WLMouse software, but the issue persists. I've even changed the skates to the Jade Airs to see if the problem was with skates to no difference. For a premium gaming mouse in this extreme price range, it is reasonable to expect reliable tracking on common hard and glass pads that are widely used in the gaming community.
